Our eclectic mix of plants, jewelry, candles, vintage, and fresh florals are specifically curated to be the finishing piece for any occasion. We are passionate for using seasonal, locally sourced flowers whenever possible and seeking out unique, fresh, and beautiful blooms all year round. Meet the Owner
Hi there, I'm Megan!
My passion is all things floral and design

I started my floral career at a high end florist when I was in high school, not knowing how deeply I would fall in love with it. I have now been in the industry for over ten years, learning from various talented florists and always growing still. Being an owner has allowed me the freedom to be creative and work with high quality flowers and provide ethically made items into the community. Aside from designing, my passions include: being in nature, hanging out with my animals (11 of them!) writing, and thrifting clothes/ home décor. I am honored for the position I am in and look forward to creating and furthering my artisitc vison through Penny&Lulu!

The Penny&Lulu Story

Penny and Lulu has served the valley with stunning florals for over 30 years and was founded by Susie Penwell and Carol Lowenberg. They created a well known and high end establishment that curated many specialty events over the years. When Susie passed January 2023, Carol decided to pass down the legacy they had created together. Megan Caldwell and Malorie Shald then took over in April 2025 and are honored to carry on the legacy of Susie and Carol, continuing to bring their passions to the floral world.

We believe in taking care of our community, those around us, and creating a beautiful and fun space for anyone who visits our shop!

Penny and Lulu is a reflection of us, passionate for style and design, everywhere you look is something thoughtfully curated.

As we grow, our goal is to continue pouring into the community by supporting our local flower farmers, artsists, and giving back as much as possible.
